Situated just 20 minutes south of Alicante Airport La Marina has a wide variety of local attractions including national trust parks, golf courses and blue flag beaches.

Whilst staying at our holiday home you will find it easy to get about locally as there is a frequent local bus service to all local towns, markets as well as a shuttle bus service to the beach in the summer months.

Guardamar is just 5 mins drive away and has beautiful beaches, a pine forest and a marina. In Alicante visit the castle of Santa Barbara and Eusebio Sempere Museum and stroll along the esplanade on the sea front.

New theme park, Terra Mitica, in Benidorm which is a great day out for all the family with rollercoasters, water rides and shows etc - a bit like Alton Towers with the sun (1 hours drive).

Stroll through Europe’s largest palm forest at Elche and lose yourself in the sub tropical gardens of the ’Priests Orchard’ (20 mins drive)

Two local Aqua Parks and a Go- Kart track nearby.

Evening and daytime markets in the locality (Guardamar, Torrevieja, Alicante etc).

How to Find Us

Directions from Alicante Airport to La Marina are as follows:

Turn right when leaving Airport

Take the exit for Santa Pola (believe listed as S.Pola on the sign).

Follow this road for approximately 15 minutes until you see a sign for La Marina Urbanization. (You will see a sign for La Marina Playas first, do not take the Playas exit).

Take the La Marina Urbanization exit. That’s it!
